We stand behind every DENVOR product. If you're not fully satisfied, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
Product must be in original, unused condition with all accessories and packaging
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Items damaged due to misuse or physical impact are not eligible for return

Non-Returnable Items

Products with broken seals or missing accessories
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code (exchange only)
Earbuds that have been used (for hygiene reasons)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
